Professional sector lets, over 50% of our tenancies that we manage are standard professional sector lets, meaning that we deal with properties from a typical 1 bedroomed flat, to large 7 bedroomed properties with lakes and gymnasiums, but whatever the property or tenant type, the needs are similar, but also unique and the key with tenancy management is to make every landlord and tenant feel heard and cared for.

We handle large LHA (Housing Benefit) portfolios and have specialists in handling housing benefit claims and claw backs, as well as access to a former head of benefits specialist who can really assist if claims get stuck, this has been a real asset with the recent universal credit changes and the rise in claims being refused as well as the council to council transferring service (where expensive area councils move tenants further north for cost saving purposes)
